I love a list.
I love making things run like clockwork.
It's partially genetic, but also because I have over 26 years' experience in customer service, client support, executive assistant and operational management roles across various sectors.
The last 16 years have been spent working within management development, training, facilitation and coaching. I liaised with HR and L&D departments for global clients, project managing multiple development programmes and coaching assignments whilst also managing a team of associate consultants and sub-contractors.
I've also set up and managed an office, developed an operations team, supported a board of directors and have occasionally been known to fix the plumbing. I've studied the Lean Six Sigma process improvement approach at black belt level and been trained as an executive PA at the Institute of Directors. In short, I can help you to make it so.

I always start by getting to know you and your situation, drawing on my experience and pragmatism to help you identify your immediate priorities and deliver what is right for you, working with intelligence and integrity. I like to offer a challenge and help you look at things differently in order to find the best solutions.
Trust and honesty are paramount as a basis for a productive and successful partnership, alongside the most important thing of all; a sense of humour!
I enjoy a flexible work-life blend that allows me to
balance delivery of a first class service to my partners alongside quality time with my family. My aim is to enable you to enjoy that blend too.
Investment
Depending on your requirements I can invoice by the hour, half day or full day.
I can also quote for a fixed project or contract term if required.
My fees range from £25-40 per hour, depending on the level, complexity and volume of work required.
